A Graphical Utility for EV Nova

About Nova Target Generator

Nova Target Generator is a simple graphics utility that takes ordinary colour graphics, such as the ones used in 'shipyard' images for the Escape Velocity series, and adapts them to the red scan-line form used as target graphics in EV Nova. The effect can also be customised to create graphics in green, blue, cyan, magenta, yellow, grey, and the original image colours, and to leave the graphics in their original dimensions rather than reducing them to the 128x64 proportions used by Escape Velocity's target graphics.

This tool may be used for plug-in development and for any other artistic purposes for which it can be applied, and is available for Mac OS X, the Classic Mac OS, and Windows.
